The gym had excellent equipment. The trainers were attentive and experienced, giving great fitness advice. Pools and spa area were very quiet. The pool staff ensured guests didn't want for anything.
The hotel entrance is on the 3rd floor and is not directly accessible by walking. We had to wait quite some time for a golf car to reach the entrance.

The two-bedroom suite offered ample space, boasting a marina view from the bedroom. One bedroom had a king bed while the second included twin beds. The suite design offered comfort and functionality, perfect for families.
The breakfast food lacked variety, limiting options seeking a wider culinary selection. The service was slow at times which added to the frustration. I think that the hotel could improve its morning meal options.

The suite featured two separate bedrooms, great for privacy. It offered a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Each room was well-appointed with quality linens and comfortable mattresses.

the hotel gym was huge, with technogym equipment. they had treadmills and elliptical machines. i found a good coach there (hania). after her classes, i felt better.
i found that the staff lacked knowledge of hotel facilities. there were not enough signs to guide guests to the pool. i waited 20 minutes in the lobby (i called twice) for a server to take my order, but no one came.

the suite was spacious enough.
The pool service was slow, and it was difficult to get the waiter's attention. i booked the room for two guests, but there was only one bathrobe. This made it confusing to find the hotel facilities.
